Tattoo & Permanent Makeup Saline Removal

Tattoo & Permanent Makeup Saline Removal

Not every cosmetic tattoo heals the way you hoped.

When previous work feels too dark, uneven, outdated, or simply no longer aligned with who you are, saline removal offers a safe and controlled path forward.
At Be Envied Beauty Co, we use the Li-FT® saline lightening method — a non-laser removal process designed specifically for cosmetic tattoo correction. This technique gently lifts implanted pigment through the natural process of osmosis, drawing pigment upward toward the surface of the skin.

Unlike laser removal, saline lightening is safe for delicate facial areas including brows, lips, and eyeliner, and is suitable for all skin tones.

Each treatment is performed with precision and intention. Healing typically requires 8–10 weeks between sessions, and multiple sessions may be necessary depending on pigment depth, saturation, and skin type.

Removal is not rushed.
It is strategic.
For some clients, removal is the first step toward corrective work. For others, it is closure.

Either way — you deserve options.

Eligibility & Important Considerations

Saline removal is appropriate for fully healed cosmetic tattoo that requires gradual lightening or correction. All areas must be completely healed prior to treatment unless booking emergency removal within 48 hours of the original procedure.
You may not be a candidate if you:

- Are pregnant or breastfeeding
- Are currently using Accutane (within the past 6–12 months)
- Have uncontrolled diabetes
- Have an active skin infection, rash, or open wound in the treatment area
- Are prone to keloid scarring
- Are undergoing chemotherapy or immunosuppressive treatment

A full medical screening will be completed prior to treatment.
If you are unsure whether removal is appropriate, begin with a consultation.

Healing Expectations

Healing from saline removal includes redness, swelling, scabbing, and temporary skin sensitivity. Treated areas must heal fully before additional sessions can be performed.
Multiple sessions are often required depending on pigment depth and saturation.
Detailed aftercare instructions are provided at your appointment and must be followed carefully to support proper healing.
